Return Policy

Gorilla Cigars endeavors to sell and deliver the best cigars at the best price. Prior to shipment, all product is inspected. However, if you find that you are not satisfied with your purchase, any item can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund credit, or exchange (minus delivery charges). To make a return, telephone Customer Service at 1-561-757-8998. Our Customer Service representative will guide you through the return process. Please understand that returns take three-ten (3-10) business days from the time of receipt of the return to process.

With boxes or bundles of 20 cigars or more, Gorilla Cigars has a 1 stick allowance. The remaining cigars must be returned in the condition that they were shipped so that you may receive a full merchandise credit. In the event that you exceed the 1 stick allowance, a pro-rata credit is applied. When returning cigars, we require the original packaging and we do not accept for refund any cut or smoked cigars.
